  • This program is meant for aspiring or current interior designers or design-build firms that desire maximum results in terms of profitability and growth and are ready to level up their business.

  • Includes 6 one hour follow-up zoom calls after the 3-Day meeting.

-Creating floor plans and elevation drawings

-Logistics and final installation

Day 3: Process/Management

-Residential: furnishings, remodel, new construction

-Commercial: furnishings, remodel, new construction

-The design process from start to job completion

-Best practices for client budgets, proposal, and contracts

-Order management: purchasing, inventory, claims, and returns

-Effective project management for positive client relationships

-Outsourcing low-level tasks and time management
